Before and After School Child Care:

Children are a major focus for the Scheu Family Y of Upland. We develop and create programs for the whole child incorporating a love for learning, a desire for exploration, and the building of friendships. We have programs to meet virtually every need and interest, and since our mission is to provide programs to everyone, no one will ever be turned away for the inability to pay.

Locations and Transportation:

The Scheu Family Y of Upland offers After School Child Care until 6:30 pm at the following locations:

• Sycamore
• Valencia

We also offer after school transportation to these sites from other elementary schools in Upland as well as transportation to school in the mornings.  Call 909-946-6120 for more information.

Annual Community Membership
$50.00 Single Child or $75.00 Family

Before School Care (6:30 am – 8:00 am)
$26.00 per week for 5 day care, $16.00 per week for 3 day care

After School Care (2:30 pm – 6:30 pm)
$89.00 per week for 5 day care, $79.00 per week for 3 day care

Before and After School Care
$115.00 per week for 5 day care, $95.00 per week for 3 day care

Kinder Care (8:30 am – 10:00 am or 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm)
$150.00 per month flat rate, $50 for August or June.

Sibling Discount
10% off each additional child

Additional Fees (sibling discount not applicable)
Placeholder/Vacation Fee: $35.00 per week/per child
Late Pick-Up Fee: $15.00 per 15 minutes
Late Payment Fee: $20.00 per child
Missing Signature Fee: $5.00 per signature/per child
Transportation Fee: $5.00 per route

School Year Vacation and Holiday Rates:

Our All-Day Programs and Seasonal Camps will be held in our child watch area at our new facility!

In Service/Holiday Day Camp (6:30 am – 6:30 pm)
$20.00 – $25.00 based on field trip in addition to weekly fee

$145.00 per week

Spring Camp (6:30 am – 6:30 pm)

Financial Aid: Financial Assistance is available to assist families who qualify in managing the cost of program fees. Applications can be obtained from all West End YMCA branches.
