Dance and Fitness Class Schedule
Current Classes:
- Yoga
- Pilates
- PiYo
- Step & Tone
- Spin
- Kickboxing / Abs
- Power Pump / Core
- Cardio Blast
- Zumba Dance
- Senior Classes
All classes are available to Members. Zumba requires a $10 monthly fee. Non-Members may attend a class for $10 or may utilize our facility for an $8 day pass.
Youth Dance Class
We are offering a Dance Class for kids ages 3 - 9 which will feature Ballet, Tap, and Tumbling or Jazz. The program will run for 8 weeks and will conclude with a performance.
- Registration is currently closed.
- Cost: $55 for Members; $75 for Non-Members
- (Ages 3 – 5) Fridays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
- (Ages 6 – 9) Fridays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Program Begins: Friday, January 27th
- Tap and Ballet shoes are recommended.
Senior Classes: Gentle Yoga and Gentle Spin
Gentle Yoga and Gentle Spin are fun, energizing classes designed with older adults in mind to encourage physical and social activity. The lower impact routines along with various supported motions are ideal for those looking for a more moderately paced fitness class.
