Body Composition Analysis
By way of skin fold measurements, our Body Composition Analysis will provide the member with an understanding of their Lean Body Mass (Fat-free mass) and Fat Mass as it relates to their overall weight. Periodic re-analysis of Body Composition will help our members monitor the success of their current program as it pertains to their health and fitness goals.
In addition to tracking an athletes's body weight, our Body Composition Analysis will determine body fat percentage and fat mass vs. lean body mass. This will help the athlete quantitatively measure their progress as it pertains to their fitness goals, in addition to, provide them an understanding of the daily energy they need to consume and expend to accomplish their goals.
