PRIVATE TRAINING

Our Private Training programs are specifically tailored to the goals and needs of our members.  This program is ideal for anyone who desires significant results and who seeks an individualized program.  Private Training may include some or all of the following: strength and conditioning training, cardio respiratory recommendation, flexibility, agility, , mobility, plyometrics, nutritional guidance, pre-habilitation training (prior to surgery), rehabilitation training (post-surgery) and sports performance.  This program is ideal for all age groups and for any fitness level.
