Coach Tracy - Upland
Tracy is the Fitness Director for the YMCA and has over 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer and specializes in working with women clients who want to get started on their fitness journey or are already actively exercising and want to take lifting and training to the next level. She has experience working with women of all ages and takes a personal approach to training her clients. Her areas of expertise are weight loss, working with aging adults, exercise technique and making exercise fun so that her clients look forward to coming to the gym.

Coach Rita - Upland
Rita, a dedicated fitness professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Since 2011, she has been passionately guiding individuals on their journey to improved strength, balance, and flexibility through her expertise in Pilates, yoga, and barre. Rita likes to work with clients who want to build their strength through a variety of techniques including weight training and Pilates Reformer.

Coach Yvette - Upland
Your posture is your power!
My WHY is to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels to power up their posture, reduce chronic pain from our modern day imbalances, improve balance and build strength with a unique form of exercise called Foundation Training. My passion for this training runs strong because it has allowed me to help many individuals from all ages to move better, feel better and get back to enjoying the activities they love!
Foundation Training combined with proper nutrition and strength training is my powerful trio.

Coach Arisa - Upland
With over 15 years of dedicated personal practice, Arisa brings a wealth of experience and passion to her Personal Training and yoga teaching. She honed her skills through Ashtanga yoga training at Leela Studio in Bothell, Washington, cultivating a deep understanding of alignment, breathwork and mindful movement. Arisa takes pride in creating training programs that challenge her clients to help them meet their fitness goals.

Coach Pete - Upland
Coach Rachele - Upland
Rachele specializes in helping clients improve and maintain joint and spinal health through a comprehensive approach to functional fitness. Her training modalities include strength training (using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight), combined with targeted exercises drawn from Yoga and Pilates to enhance flexibility and stability. Her philosophy is influenced by the integrated training principles taught by the personal trainers of PM15 and TB12, and the innovative, non-traditional methods championed by Yamamoto's training style.

Coach Rachelle - Upland & Chino
Rachelle has cultivated experience in various rehab settings since 2012 and has developed a passion for working with athletes and patients during the injury prevention and post-operative phases of their care. She utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities including traditional physical therapy exercises and Pilates.

Coach Marsha - Chino
Marsha worked at the Chino Y for 18 years, left, came back and has been back for 5 years. Marsha has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for well over 30 years. Marsha works with men/ women of all ages and enjoys guiding her clients on their fitness or rehab journey. Marsha will set you up for success whether it's you are new to fitness or actively fit. Her areas of expertise are strength training, exercise technique and working with all ages. Marsha instructs Yoga, stretch, and a variety of Cardio Strength classes.

Coach Michael - Chino
Coach Mike brings experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to the YMCA, creating a welcoming environment where members of all ages can thrive. A former NCAA D1 football player at Alcorn State University, he understands the power of goal-setting and disciplined training. Whether boosting fitness, improving strength, or enhancing wellness, Coach Mike’s dedication drives results.
Beyond the gym, he has coached little league baseball and basketball, teaching young athletes integrity, sportsmanship, and resilience.

Coach Max- Chino
Max has been part of the YMCA for over 4 years and brings both experience and energy to his training. A former collegiate swimmer with a degree in Biology, he combines athletic discipline and scientific knowledge to help clients reach their goals. With a passion for strength training and improving everyday life, Max designs personalized workouts that build confidence, strength, and lasting results.
